Who operates the site
The site is operated under the name Glades Music Academy. The legal business name, mailing address, and privacy contact email have not yet been supplied. Until verified contact details are published on the Contact page, please do not send personal or sensitive information through this site. The academy cannot receive or respond to data requests through an unconfigured form.
Information collected by this website
The site does not currently submit the information entered into its enrollment preview to the academy or save it in a browser database. A hosting provider may process ordinary connection information, such as IP address, request time, and requested page, in its server security logs. The provider's retention and security terms apply to those logs.
Do not enter a child's name, date of birth, school, health information, payment details, or other sensitive information into the preview. The career-interest form is also inactive: it asks adult applicants for contact details, music and teaching experience, credentials, instrument skills, and optional portfolio or social handles, but currently does not send or save those entries. The academy will update this notice before activating an application intake service.
Children and parent or guardian requests
This website is for parents, guardians, and adult students. A parent or guardian should make any inquiry about a minor. Children should not submit personal information directly. No child account or student profile is available. Before any feature that collects a child's personal information is activated, the academy will provide the required notice and obtain verifiable parent or guardian consent where required.
Parents may request access to or deletion of a child's information. At present the site does not collect enrollment information to review or delete, and the academy has not published a verified privacy-request contact. The academy will publish a working contact method and a deletion process before accepting online enrollment information.
Payments and Square
Online payments are not active on this site. If a family later chooses to pay through a Square link, checkout will open on Square's service. Square will collect and process the payment information entered there under its own notices and terms. Glades Music Academy will not receive or store full card numbers through this website; it may receive payment and transaction records needed to manage the service and its accounting.

Cookies, analytics, and outside services
The site does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not load third-party font files. It uses local images and scripts. Links to outside services and sites, including Shyne Marketing, open services governed by their own privacy practices. The academy does not control those practices. The hosting provider may process technical logs as described above.
Retention and security
The current site does not keep form submissions. Hosting logs are controlled by the hosting provider. If an inquiry channel or customer system is added, the academy will define who can access records, how long each record is kept, how deletion requests are handled, and what legal or accounting records must be retained. Payment records may need to be kept as required for accounting, tax, or dispute resolution.
Privacy requests and changes
Because no verified public privacy contact has been supplied, this page cannot yet provide a working address for requests. A contact method and records-deletion procedure are required before online career applications, enrollment, or payment are activated.
