Clear terms
for using this site.
These terms cover this information website. Separate written agreements are required before lessons, recurring billing, or work engagements begin.
1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply to visitors using the Glades Music Academy website. The academy's legal business name, mailing address, and public contact details have not yet been supplied. Use of this website does not create a student, family, customer, employment, or contractor relationship.
2. Website information and program availability
Program descriptions, age ranges, instructor biographies, teaching formats, schedules, equipment, and performance plans are general information and may change as details are confirmed. Current monthly rates are listed on each program page. A description, instructor profile, or photo does not guarantee a particular lesson, teacher, time, instrument, ensemble place, result, or performance.
Rock & Rhythm Foundations is being planned as a weekly 45-minute hybrid group class for young beginners (ages 4–7). Private Instrument Lessons are being planned as four weekly 35-minute sessions in guitar, bass guitar, or piano/keyboard (ages 7+, based on instrument fit and readiness). Singing lessons are coming soon; instructor and equipment details will be shared before booking. Performance Ensemble is $315/month and is being designed for students ready to rehearse together (ages 8+, based on placement); its session count, duration, placement, and event costs still need to be set. A community showcase about every six months is a planning goal, not a guaranteed event.
3. Enrollment and student participation
Forms on this website are informational and do not reserve a place or submit enrollment. The Enroll now buttons open external Square booking pages; any booking options and checkout terms are shown there. A parent or legal guardian must make decisions and provide any required consent for a minor. Before instruction begins, the family must receive and accept written terms that state the confirmed program, schedule, price, billing, fees, attendance, rescheduling, cancellation and refund rules, supervision and pickup arrangements, emergency procedures, and applicable student, recording, or photo permissions.
Students must follow the instructor's reasonable directions for using instruments and participating in class or rehearsal. Parents or guardians remain responsible for the student outside the supervision expressly agreed in writing. The academy must provide the actual supervision and safety arrangements before enrollment; this website does not describe or promise them.
4. Career interest and prospective instructors
The Careers page is an expression-of-interest page, not a job posting with a guaranteed opening. Submitting an interest form does not promise an interview, role, work, student assignment, hours, pay, benefits, or continued engagement, and does not create an employment, independent-contractor, partnership, or agency relationship. The current application intake is not connected and does not send or save submissions.
Any engagement requires a separate written agreement describing the role, duties, compensation, schedule, and applicable terms. Worker status is determined under applicable law based on the actual relationship; a website label or contract title alone does not decide it. Before any person begins work or has student contact, the academy must confirm role-specific qualifications, references, supervision, and any screening, training, or other safeguards required by law or the program's actual setting.
5. Tuition, billing, and refunds
Current monthly rates are $155 for Rock & Rhythm Foundations, $225 for Private Instrument Lessons, and $315 for Performance Ensemble. The ensemble's session count, duration, placement criteria, schedule, and event costs still need confirmation. No deposit, enrollment fee, discount, tax treatment, refund, cancellation, or make-up policy is established by this website.
If a Square booking page collects payment, the amount and payment terms will be shown there before checkout. Square processes bookings and any checkout under its own terms; the academy's separate written enrollment and service terms govern the lessons or program. Payment alone does not guarantee an instructor, place, schedule, or performance unless the academy confirms those details in writing.
6. Learning and performance outcomes
Music progress varies with each student's goals, practice, starting point, group fit, and instructor availability. The academy does not guarantee a particular skill level, placement, public performance, result, or timeline. Unless a written program agreement expressly says otherwise, lessons and rehearsals are music education activities; they do not award academic credit or professional certification and are not music-therapy services. Any specific service expectations must appear in the family's written enrollment agreement.
7. Site use and outside services
You may browse and use the site for personal, non-commercial information about the academy. Do not misuse or disrupt the site, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use the academy's name, logo, photography, or written materials without permission.
The site links to outside services and websites that have their own operators, terms, privacy notices, availability, and content. The academy does not control those services. The Shyne Marketing link is a site-design credit; other links do not imply endorsement or partnership unless the site expressly says so.
8. Site information and legal limits
The academy makes a reasonable effort to keep website information clear and current, but errors or outdated details may occur. To the extent allowed by law, this information site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms waives a consumer right or limits liability that applicable law does not allow the academy to waive or limit.
9. Changes to these terms
The academy may update the site and these terms as its programs and systems develop. The date above shows when this page was last revised. Separate terms for lessons, payment, equipment sales, or work engagements must be presented before those services begin.
10. Governing law and contact
Florida law applies to website use, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived. The academy has not yet published its legal operator name, mailing address, or a verified contact method. Those details must be supplied before the academy accepts online applications, enrollment information, or payments. Until then, these terms are website guidance and do not form a lesson, payment, or work agreement.
